Office Assistant Advt
CeNS invites applications from candidates for the Office Assistant position. The eligibility criteria for the position are as follows:
Essential Educational qualification: Graduate in any discipline
The candidate should be ready to work for extended hours and holidays whenever necessary. Preference will be given to the candidates having at least three years experience in Secretarial role.
Age limit: 35 years or below as on 01-04-2018.
Job description: The responsibilities include secretarial and administration assistance to Director. The duties also include
- Attending to the phone calls, taking notes and handling correspondence
- maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- typing, preparing and collating reports
- filing
- organising meetings and related work
- managing databases
- prioritising workloads
- implementing new procedures and administrative systems
- processing bills or expenses pertaining to Director’s visits
- Any other responsibilities assigned from time to time.
Eligible candidates may submit the application through online (application given below) for the said position on or before 15th December, 2018.
The appointment shall initially be for a period of six months, extendable depending on the progress of the work. Monthly Emoluments will be Rs.20,000/- consolidated. Higher emoluments will be considered in the case of candidates having experience and higher qualification.
It may be noted that the appointment is purely temporary and the candidate shall not carry any right to seek regular employment after completion of the term.
