To mark World Poetry Day (Monday, 21 March),  a Poetry Competition was held as part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav (AKAM) celebrations at CeNS. Submissions for this contest, in English or in any other Official Indian Language, or both, were invited. A total of 14 poems, 5 in English, 4 in Hindi, 4 in Kannada and 1 in Tamil were submitted. After a close contest, the following were declared winners.
