World Mental Health Day

A Special Lecture on the occasion of World Mental Health Day was organized at CeNS on October 25, 2021. Dr. Ali Khawja, Founder and Head, Banjara Academy, Bengaluru, were invited to CeNS to address CeNSians, especially young researchers. He spoke on the topic "Enriching Life through Better Relationships."  He stressed the importance of each individual being connected to caring and loving people around and how it helps improve the quality of day-to-day life. The lecture was followed by a lively question/answer session.
