Nutrition Week

The National Nutrition Week was observed from September 1st  to September 7th   to raise public awareness about nutrition and healthy eating habits.
At CeNS, on account of the Nutrition week, a Nutrition Day was celebrated on September 7, 2021. The Dining at CeNS served nearly zero-oil, whole plant-based food for breakfast, and lunch. CeNisians enjoyed idlies made of red rice and whole-blackgram,  pumpkin soup, raw pappaya salad, and  peanut-curd-millet among other fares. The finale was a quiz competition on nutrition accompanied by healthy snacks for the entire CeNS community. The winners of the quiz won attractive prizes and certificates.
