Highly motivated candidates with engineering or science background are hired under R & D programme ‘From in-house inventions to Prototype Development’ (FIPD) to assist in translating innovative lab findings to commercially viable products. Academic qualification: Final year of BE/BTech/MTech/M.Sc./ may apply. The selection is based on scrutiny by an expert committee which meets periodically. Shortlisted applicants will be called for an in-person interaction with the committee. The programme is available throughout the year.
