Eligibility

Young faculty, Postdoctoral fellows or Research Associates and Senior Ph.D students preferably in 3rd and 4th year of Ph.D working in the field of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology-Physical Sciences who are Indian nationals are eligible to apply for the programme.
Researchers from institutes within India, IITs, IISERs, IISc, CSIR labs, DST institutes, NITs, NISERs, Central Universities, other Universities and Colleges are encouraged to apply.

 

Application Procedure

Interested candidates should fill the application in the given format and send to dstnanoschool2017@cens.res.in. No other form of documents will be considered.

 

Selection Procedure

The applications received within the deadline date will be screened by a Committee and the candidates will be shortlisted based on their research interests, experience and publications.
The shortlisted candidates will be intimated via email and the list will be put up on website.
The selected candidates should confirm their attendance within a week after announcing in the website.

 

Registration and Other details

Registration, travel, accommodation and food expenses will be covered for all selected candidates. Food includes, breakfast, lunch, refreshments and dinner for the entire duration of the School. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to DST norms.
Details of accommodation will be updated after the selection procedure.
The participating candidates will be given a Nano Mission School Participation Certificate subject to full attendance.
